New rules on Buoyancy introduced by NW Rowing Council Boat Buoyancy
Clubs in the North West running events after this date should: 1 - Ensure that the above rule is made clear in promotional literature for the event. 2 - Ensure that the above rule is made clear in the event safety plan distributed to umpires and clubs taking part in the event. 3 - Ensure that the above rule is included in any specific boat checking instructions used in the event.
